My name is Constanza and I am a stylist and plastic artist.
I work from home and away from home in Valparaiso.
We lease three rooms to permanently share our home/boutique hotel.
We seek to share with professional people or students who have already had the experience of living alone and are independent.
That they work from home and away from home and that they like the Buenos Aires environment.
We seek to generate a calm and friendly environment that can be compatible with the guests who will come to visit Valparaiso on weekends.
We have a beautiful common space, large and with several tables where you can work, eat, share with friends and with the other cohabitants. We also have an interior patio with many plants.
Cerro Concepción is very beautiful in its architecture and is full of places to discover, viewpoints, stairs, small streets, as well as small places to eat and buy food of all kinds.
We have 3 rooms available, two with ocean views and one with a view of the interior patio, all with private bathrooms and good light.
The three furnished with beds with mattresses and shelves to organize your clothes.
We share a large kitchen, where we have coexistence agreements regarding cleaning. We have a large oven to make pizzas for anything or everything you want to cook.
We live with a 3-year-old cat who is very friendly and spoiled.
The room does not include sheets or towels.
Mrs. Vicky does not help with cleaning common spaces twice a month and if you want her to help you in your room and bathroom you can coordinate it with her, she is a sweetheart and has very good will.

Our house is located on Cerro Concepción, one of the most touristic hills in Valparaiso.
We are 5 minutes walk from the plan and center of Valparaiso.
15 minutes from Vina del Mar.
1:30 by car from Santiago airport.

The rules of the house are respect for the people we live with and good communication, no smoking inside the house or in the rooms, only smoking on the patio or outside.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
