We are a family of my uncle Patrick my father carlos and two students who lease on our premises, plus we have a consultant from home that helps us prepare lunch and household cleaning because we have maintenance for the children who live in our house. The house is located exactly at José Miguel race # 1950, Recreo, Viña del Mar, Valparaíso, Chile (we locomotion in the corner of our house to Viña del Mar and Valparaíso) all day and all night. rather quiet and safe neighborhood. Our house has 6 bedrooms (these have beds, desks, wardrobes) 4 full bathrooms equipped. enclosed terrace with barbecue living room to study and receive people large kitchen American style, where 4 people can cook simultaneously. internet connection speed 1Gb. motorcycle shop tools and functional. laundry drying racks, washer and dryer.Our family is characterized by good youth, my father Carlos practice Surf along with me and we have tables and suits so they can have a pleasant experience, we really like the traditional cuisine and always cook together and had lunch at the same time, we are also musicians so find varieties of musical instruments for leisure time. expect an answer and hopefully they can consider us for future arrivals boys. About the Area
Our house is located in the neighborhood of high recreation, a very quiet and safe we locomotion one block from our house that goes to Viña del Mar valparaiso 10 minutes or 10 minutes (bus or minibus taxis). the neighborhood has restaurants, supermarkets, leisure square, sea view, ATMs. we are exactly in the middle between valparaiso and vineyard.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
