The apartment is located at the top floor of one of the most valued Shanghai luxury residential, Shanghai Shimao Binjiang Garden in Lujiazui. 25 minutes public transportation to NYU Shanghai Campus.
This apartment offers a clear view of both the river and the garden, with a spacious and elegantly designed interior. I am currently renting out an independent suite (with a bedroom, bathroom, and balcony) at an extremely low price. The apartment features floor -to-ceiling windows all around for abundant natural light.
• The apartment is equipped with a complete set of appliances, including a robotic vacuum cleaner, air purifier, window cleaning robot, and disinfection machine.
• The kitchen is equipped with Le Creuset cookware.
• All furniture has been upgraded to automatic height-adjustable models.
• Regular deep cleaning by a Japanese housekeeping service with a focus on details.
The main bedroom occupant is business lady frequently away on international trips, so the roommate will have the personal time to enjoy the nearly 200 square meters of river-view living and dining areas.
I am planning on moving to NYC in the coming years for living and schooling and thus welcome a native speaker as the roommate to learn from and explore each daily life for a smooth adaptation of local life. Expectations for the tenant:
• Female above 18 years old only.
• Lease term:>=3 months.
• Must be very neat and have good living habits with a regular daily routine.
• Limited cooking with minimal grease and fumes.
• Stable income and a strong educational background.
• Mature, reasonable, and emotionally stable personality.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
