There is Metro Line 1 nearby, which is 10 kilometers away from the city. There are supermarkets, buses, hospitals, banks nearby.
The residential environment is beautiful and quiet, and the community management is strictly in the public area. It is impossible to drive cars directly into the underground garage.
The hardcover environment in the house is well equipped and equipped with WIFI air conditioning.

About the Area
My residential area is located within 10 minutes from the city center subway. 22 minutes from the airport 20 minutes from the train station, 50 meters from the supermarket, 1 kilometer from the hospital, 50 meters from the Bank of China, 800 meters from the subway and 400 meters from the bus. It is very convenient to travel within 3 minutes of the inner ring.

House Rules
The home decoration is basically all high-end brand products, the kitchen can be used with the consent of the person, and must be very caring for all the equipment and facilities in the house. In principle, all the items in the house can be used. XBOX, HTCVIVE (VR). 1080P Epson HD Projection, home theater. WIFI 24 hours, hot water 24 hours. All items can be used and played with the consent of the person.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
