Yulu, yulu, brick village old house, is my family's "country house", located in Guangdong Kai Ping Chikan a small village.
Spent five years for the old house into the new life, now we open four double rooms, welcome to like the daily friends of the country to live a few days to see Kaiping famous world towers towers buildings, eat dad chef farm Dish, or walk between the fields and the river pond, blowing with a rice breeze, memorable simple and beautiful.

About the Area
How to go to [jade]? From Hong Kong to take the bus to Kaiping, driving even off (by the Shenzhen Bay Port), the whole about 4 hours. Get off and then take the taxi about 20 minutes to reach [Yu Lu]. There are more than 10 regular trips to Kaiping, and special departures will be made in the long holidays. Sheung Wan Tsuen Wan will have a bus stop. [Yu Lu] near the town of Chikan, Li Park, South Building, self-village and other famous attractions. 10 minutes walk to the bus station, a bus to the city center and Chikan town; the other can arrange a day tour chartered.

House Rules

In order to avoid disturbing the villagers daily, from 10 pm to 6 am, regardless of being in the house or inside the house, please also put on the footsteps, reduce the sound, keep quiet.
· Keep the environment clean, please throw garbage into a covered trash can.
Do not eat in the room, so as not to provoke ants cockroaches.
· Do not smoke in the room, if necessary, go to the rooftop or outside the room.
If you are not in the room for a long time, please turn off all electrical appliances.
· Keep mosquitoes into the room, please keep the windows and doors closed. (Need to inform us to arrange burning aroma and mosquito coils)
· There are public refrigerators, can be placed a small amount of drinks and fruit.
· The second floor of the bathroom 4 rooms share, do not take up for a long time, and please keep clean, respect each other. (The first floor of the toilet and bathroom, welcome to use)
· Sorry, for the sake of safety, kitchen stoves and supplies can not be borrowed, please inform us if necessary.
For safety reasons, take a walk in the village, do not walk into the farmland and alley, beware of loyalty gatekeepers.
· 10 pm to 6 am, the door locked, for access, please inform us to help.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
