It's a three-bedroom apartment near Linwang Town in Haitang Bay in Sanya where one can not only enjoy the convenience of going to the beach and various tourist attractions (within 15 minutes by e-bike) but can also have a quiet place to get back to.
I'm a freelancer who has been living in Sanya for almost three years and I absolutely love the weather and the lifestyle here in Sanya where people are more chill and friendly. I used to work in Beijing and had traveled to many countries in the world including the US, UK, Peru, Kenya, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. I've also studied in Australia. So I really miss the international connections I had when I was abroad. Thus, I hope to offer one of my rooms to international travelers so that I can connect to the world again and you can have a local guide. :)

About the Area
My apartment is located in the small town of Haitang District. It's 3km from Haitang Beach, and 700 meters from the Linwang Farmer's market, supermarket, night market, and various local restaurants. It locates in one of Sanya's newest bays -Haitang Bay where it can enjoy both the local lifestyle and tourist attractions. It's within 10 km from Sanya's largest international duty-free shopping centers.

House Rules
30 US dollars down payment is required 3 days before arrival to secure the room. Bank transfer and Paypal are both available for the down payment. Free cancellation is available one day before arrival. The balance should be paid in cash on arrival.
Only non-smokers are welcomed. Strangers are not allowed to stay overnight. If you want to bring a friend to the house, please ask for permission first.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
