Two rooms in a beautiful Valle Caucana family home, with an excellent location in the city of Palmira Valle, easy use of public transportation, close to the city center, also to chain stores, gyms, and a bakery. It is a fresh, cozy and bright house, with a formal family full of anecdotes, respectful and polite, where you can share common areas such as a spacious and cool room in which drinking coffee or reading a book is too pleasant, motorcycle parking, a common bathroom for guests with a hot shower and an excellent internet connection both by Wi-Fi and by network cable, additionally they can also make use of the kitchen and it has two small patios with abundant vegetation, which makes the house cooler.

About the Area
Our house is very close to the center, shopping centers, gyms, Fruver and banks, it is a house that has two patios with vegetation which makes it very cool and quiet, we have two rooms available which each have a bed in the which you can rest optimally, a closet in which you can store your belongings, these two rooms have a spacious shared bathroom which has a hot shower so that people can choose depending on their tastes, quality internet service is offered as well Either by wifi or cable according to the room you choose, we have a very spacious room that communicates with the patios. This is very cool and pleasant to have a coffee, read a book or share stories. Motorcycle parking is offered, just 13 km from the Nirvana nature reserve.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
