6. Parties, meetings or events are allowed during the following hours: Monday to Thursday until 10:00 p.m.
7. Friday to Saturday until 2:00 a.m., Saturday to Sunday 2:00 a.m., Sunday to Monday holiday 2:00 a.m. Sunday to Monday normal 10:00 p.m.
8. Please, if you are not in your room or at home, leave light bulbs and appliances turned off and unplugged if possible.
9. Please wash your clothes every 15 days if possible. Or if you want, ask about the laundry service.
10. Use liquid soap in the washing machine.
11. If you wash your clothes, the soaps or products are at your expense.
12. Cleaning of the house, bathrooms and rooms is done one day a week, generally the first business day of each week. Let's try to keep it as best as possible.
13. Pool service is from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Except for general maintenance days or when we are informed of any special repair that temporarily interrupts the service.
14. In case your guest uses the pool, this service will not be allowed in the absence of the host or the person who invited them and you assume responsibility for the good or bad behavior of your guest during their stay to enjoy the service. .

At night, around 10:00 p.m., we received a visit from Rubiela, a very shy adult opossum, you will hardly be able to see her, but you can leave her bananas, papaya, mango, watermelons, nuts, but she definitely loves sweet fruits ; You will also see many birds, hummingbirds, bees and wasps, for us we are all one.
23. In the garden you will find coconut tree, plantain or plantain (we don't know yet), garnet, oregano, basil, rosemary, orange, lemons, avocado, pomegranate.
24. If the house is left alone when you leave, please close the garden door, so that Rubiela does not enter the kitchen to lurk.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
