My name is Jenny Delgado. I live in the city of Escazu, 20 minutes from the airport and the city of San Jose. I have a lot of experience hosting foreigners, students and families since I also have a volunteer project.
My House has all the services, I have a family room for 4 people and two single rooms with two single beds, two bathrooms, there is a person who takes care of them, there is wifi, laundry and kitchen. In Escazu you have all the services of banks, ATMs, restaurants and supermarkets. The park and the church are 2 blocks from the house.

About the Area
My house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
We are surrounded by the city and at the same time mountains
Tourist attractions we have two viewpoints, mountains and rivers and shopping centers and the city of San Jose
Artisanal and local cafes, fine restaurants such as Italian, Argentinian and local food
We also have the beaches of Jaco and Puntarenas and Volcanes nearby.
At 100 meters from the house we have public buses with very good service and a train station 15 minutes away.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
1. No Drugs, No Alcohol, External smoking area in the garden, respect for the people in the house, respect for the house rules, No pets.
2. Payment method: 50% once the reservation is made and the balance when deposited
3. Cancellations: 15 days before 25% of the initial deposit is refunded, 7 days before 15% and 3 days before the money is not refunded.
4. Payment method: Initial deposit via PayPal: jpatterson6182@yahoo.com, Final balance can be with debit or credit card and/or cash.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
