QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD,
Hi guess, your welcome to my place, I learning English, I try to be able to communicate well with you. The house as two-story , three bedrooms, out side the porch there is a small garden, anda behind the house there is a garden and fruit trees, in the second floor there is a small balcony, you can be in any area of the house. any area I live with 4 cats and a very sweet dog, my job is to make organic soaps, I like to receive people with whom to share in a respectful, fluid, communicative way. 5 minutes away there is a mini super market, there is a kindergarten next to the house, it is safe to walk to the center of the city, it is 20 minutes and by car it is 5 minutes, there are restaurants, cafeterias, a museum, and many beautiful beaches , 45 minutes by car, or one hour by bus, there are buses to different beaches, the weather is hot but there is wind.
the room has two large windows, it is very bright, cool at night, hot during the day but there is a fan. there is a rustic desk, a sofa, there is full internet, teres is hot water in the shower and you will have your keys to the room and the house.
If the stay is for a week or more and you need to use the washing machine, it has an additional cost of 5 dollars for each setting, and if you need to cook every day, twice a day, it has an additional cost of 4 dollars a day, if due to lack of care or not following those that are delivered on the day of entry, you must bear the cost of the damage.

About the Area
Our house is located on the side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb, we are 3 km from the city centre and only 15 minutes drive from the airport.
The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and three are lots of bus options using this stop.
45 minutes in car beaches from the house and 1 hour in bus, the bus stop has buses to the different beaches. Rincon de la Vieja Volcano, incredible place is a one our from here in car, Llanos de Cortes waterfalls is 30 minutes in bus from here, or 15 min in car.

Meals

.-It is not allowed to drink liquor or bring liquor in any area of the property.
.-You cannot listen to music or make noise on the property.
.-If you damage any item of property, you must pay the corresponding amount.
.-If your stay is for more than a week, and need laundry you will pay 5 dollars by use.
.-If your stay is for more than a week and you need to cook daily, you must do it onece at day, carefully not to damage the utensils.
.-Toilet paper should be placed in the trash can.
.-Do not use oils, creams, perfumes that stain the sheets, and cloths.
.-If you are allergic to cats (there are 4 cats in the house, they come and go and a dog.)
.-If you lose the keys you must pay the corresponding amount for its replacement, 5 dollars.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
