My house is simple but cozy, it is located in an urbanization, it is a very quiet and safe place, in my family we are 4, my boyfriend, my son, our dog and I, we like to meet new people, share experiences and spend a moment nice, that is why we offer within our accommodation, the opportunity to meet with us, the most beautiful places and sometimes little visited by foreign tourists, our province is not near beaches, but in return we offer a walk through history and the nature of our beautiful province Cartago! Among the activities we offer you are visits to national parks, tours through historic areas, among others, camping, among others. (The information of the places and costs, are once the guest is in our house)
Very important, our house is located in a very central place, 5 minutes from the bus stops, and 10 minutes from the train station, which connects with San Jose. There is a shopping center 15 minutes away, bakeries, supermarkets, among others.

They can use kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, spoons, etc), and can store food in the refrigerator.
Keep the order and cleanliness.
You can use the spaces of the room, the dining room, the study room.
Please cancel at the time of entry.
If you want us to make a tour of the tourist areas of the place, must be requested during the booking process, the costs will be canceled once the guest is here.
They can use the reading room
If the guest misplaces the keys, the cost for them will be 2000 colones.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
