HOUSE DESCRIPTION: Charles Apartments are located in a small tourist place Station, not far from the town of Omis. House is located above the main road, 250 meters from the sea and pebble beach. The house is accessible by vehicle. Parking for guest vehicles is located next to the house. Center Station with a grocery store, cafes, restaurants and small market is distanced 30 meters from the house. We recommend to visit the city of Omis distanced fourth five kilometers and city of Split, distanced 29 kilometers. ACCOMODATION: In the accommodation offer are two apartments. Each apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and wireless internet access WiFi / LAN. The use of air-conditioning is unlimited and free of charge. Clean apartment, fresh bed linen and towels are waiting guests on arrival. On departure guests are not obliged to clean either arrange apartment. For guests who stay longer than 7 days in the apartment fresh bed linen and towels are handed by the host every 7th day.ABOUT THE BEACH: About 250 meters below the house is beautiful pebble beach, one of the most attractive beaches in this area. Beach is made of small pebbles and it is completely safe for the kids. Beach is accessible by stairs. On the beach there is a cafe in Which you can escape from the sun and cool with the refreshing drink. First sandy beach is in city of Omis, 4th 5 kilometers from the house. ACTIVITIES NEAR: Scuba diving with instructor, rafting on the river Cetina, windsurfing, paragliding, climbing, boat tours to island Brac, excursions to mountain Biokovo, fast boat tours, fishing tours, rental of scooter, pedal boats, sea kayaks, boats and jet ski.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
