Our family live in a private house that have four luxury apartments., Just 10-15 minutes walk away from city center and 700 meters away from the beach. 2 apartments are two-floor galleries and two other apartments are one-bedroom apartments. Gallery apartments are for 2-3 person and one-bedroom apartments are for 2-4 person. Apartments have everything for long-term stay (living room, bedroom, kitchen, restroom with washign machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, free wi-fi, free parking place. Apartments have possibilities to use those balcony and two terraces with 2 barberques. We also have good contacts for recommending good one-day trips to national parks and rafting or any other sport activities.

About the Area
Our home is located 10-15 minutes walk away from the old city (Diocletian's Palace), 700 meters away from the beach. 1000 meters away from the car ferry port. Nearest supermarket is just 40 meters away from the apartment. In apartment's surrounding area we have coffee bars, restaurants, bus station and ambulance.

House Rules
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please. After leaving the apartment, please turn off all electric facilities (TV, air conditioning, lights ...) for safety reasons. Check-in time from 15:00 - 24:00. Check-out until 11:00.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
