It is an apartment on the second floor of a multifamily building, located on the main avenue and the area closest to the beach of the entire community of Guardalavaca. It is composed of a portal, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, kitchen, a bathroom and a small service patio.
The portal is small and is delimited with a metal protection to ensure safety. It is furnished with two chairs, and from there you can enjoy the scenery and beautiful sunsets. The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, two armchairs and two high-backed scales, in the area there is a television. The dining room is an area after the living room and has a round table with 4 seats, a domestic refrigerator and a stock of glassware and dishes that allow simple dishes to be served.
The bedroom No. 1 is air-conditioned with air conditioning, it has a double bed and a personal bed, it also has two bedside tables, a bedside lamp and a clothes hanger. Bedroom No. 2 is also air-conditioned with air conditioning, has a double bed, also has two bedside tables, a bedside lamp and a clothes hanger.
The kitchen has a sink, two plateaus and a display cabinet. To prepare food, there is a rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker and an electric stove with a burner. Also available are a coffee maker, thermos and other kitchenware that allows simple elaborations. The bathroom is rather small and has a pot with hot and cold water in the shower, a toilet and a sink.

In this property Juanita lives my mother who is the owner, I live in another apartment in the same building, but I spend a lot of the day with my mother.

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
