About the Area
Our house is located on Avenida 55 between Calzada and Cristina, in the city of Cárdenas, Matanzas Cuba. The neighborhood is very quiet, we guarantee the safety of our clients to the maximum. Cárdenas is a historical and cultural city, known for being the place where the Cuban flag was raised for the first time. We are just 15 km from Varadero, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Cuba, where you can enjoy its beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear water.
Our location is ideal for getting to know both local life and the natural attractions of the area. In Cárdenas you can visit museums, parks, art galleries and restaurants with a varied gastronomic offer. In Varadero you can practice water sports, golf, hiking and other outdoor activities.

*The Oscar Maria de Rojas Museum, where you can learn about the history, culture and nature of Cuba.
*The Crab Monument, the symbol of the city of Cárdenas, which is also known as the city of crabs.
*The Cathedral of Cárdenas, a neoclassical style church, which has in front the first statue of the Virgin of Charity of Cobre, the patron saint of Cuba.
*The Gallery Taller Del Artista Cuevas, where you can admire and buy paintings and crafts from local artists.
To get to our house from the Juan Gualberto Gómez airport, the closest, you can take a taxi or a rental car. The journey takes about 20 minutes and we recommend that you use the Google Maps service to guide you. You can also see our exact location on the map on this website

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
