Casa Novoa is located in Casilda, the maritime port of Trinidad, just 4 km from this city and much closer to the Ancón peninsula, where the beautiful white sand beaches are located: María Aguilar and Ancón. This house is located in a quiet, discreet place, perfect to rest and relax after the hustle and bustle of the day in Trinidad, the beach or the Valle de los Ingenios. You are in charge of deciding if you share a 100% Cuban environment or prefer total privacy. Your hosts, Georling and Yoanis along with Adrian and Anairam are looking forward to meeting you. It is a friendly work team, open to meeting new people, without prejudices and eager to satisfy your needs and help you make your stay an unforgettable memory. They are fluent in Spanish, English and Italian. The high repetition rate is a measure of the quality of the hosts' service, reflected in the favorable opinions posted on Tripadvisor, a site that has awarded them the Certificate of Excellence distinction for two consecutive years.
Built in 2009 and renovated in 2023, Casa Novoa is a modern house that is located on the second level, which is accessible by stairs and has an independent entrance. It consists of two air-conditioned rooms, very well equipped, with the comforts and privacy necessary to guarantee a happy stay for guests. All have a private bathroom with hot and cold water 24/7, fan, minibar or refrigerator, hangers or closets, and a common terrace. In each room, kitchenettes and private balconies are made available to you. From the terrace located on the third level, you can enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, as well as views of the Casilda bay and the Ancón peninsula.
It also offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service; laundry; daily cleaning of the room; taxi service or horse carriage and bicycle rental.

At Casa Novoa, facilities are provided to guests for excursions to the mountains (Topes de Collante, Cascada de Javira, Salto del Caburní, El Nicho), visit to the Valle de los Ingenios, horseback riding, excursions to the beaches María Aguilar and Ancón, to the nearby keys, as well as water sports: snorkeling, catamaran ride, diving with equipment, Spanish language classes, dance, massage service and guide for the main attractions of Trinidad, always doing these activities with people we trust completely.

About the Area
Our house is located south of the city of Trinidad, in the seaport of Casilda in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are 4km (5 minutes by car) from Trinidad and 8km (10 minutes by car) from the Ancon peninsula. The bus stop and the station is just around the corner less than 100m from the house.

Yoanis and his family are very friendly and caring. The guest rooms were very clean and comfortable, also there is a great roof top terrace with a beautyful view. The breakfast and lunch offered was delicious and Yoanis always organized a taxi for us whenever we wanted to go to another place. We can really recommend the guest family and the accommodation and would love to go there again!

Casa Novoa is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, new and functional. The roof and second floor terraces had a nice breeze and one was always in the shade. The courtyard was fund decorated in a nautical theme. Beti was particularly nice and was there every day to help us organize bikes, taxis or beach. Food was good and the staff engaged us and helped us to learn Spanish. This was the best Casa we stayed at in Cuba. Thanks so much for a great time.

A lovely home away from home. We were welcomed by a well equipped room, an lovely veranda outside our room that doubles as a dinner area. Add to that, a rooftop veranda with a beautiful view to help you to wind down with a sundowner, watch the sun set and give you a subtle shift towards the musical beat of the night life . The food is out of this world and you have a menu choice that will probably be longer than your stay at this casa. The hosts will organise all your trips, whether it is near or far, to the beach or to the city or the valley. You only have to get there, they will take over and assist you with everything

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
