Novoa house is located in Casilda, Trinidad seaport, just 4 km from the city and close to the Ancon Peninsula, where the beautiful white sand beaches. Maria Aguilar and Ancon. This home is located in a perfect place to rest and relax after the hustle and bustle of the day in Trinidad, the beach or the Valley of the Sugar Mills quiet. Your hosts, family friendly, open to meeting new people. You are responsible for deciding whether to share a family atmosphere or prefer complete privacy. Provide the necessary information and dominate Spanish, English and Italian languages.
In this family home two lovely rooms are rented on the second level, which are accessible by stairs and has a separate entrance. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed (one supports 4 people and the other 2) with the comfort and privacy necessary to ensure a happy stay for guests. Both are air conditioned, have private bathrooms with hot water 24/7, fan, minibar and a common terrace. The quadruple room also has a private balcony and kitchenette. From the terrace on the third level, you can enjoy unforgettable outings and sunsets and views of the bay of Casilda and Ancón peninsula. There you can enjoy delicious cocktails.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
