Hostal Landestoy & Soris is a spacious house 9 minutes from Ancon Beach, the white sand beach, the most beautiful beach in southern Cuba. The house has a total area of 350 meters, with four separate areas for conversation, eating and enjoying your privacy. There is a shared kitchen, with everything: stove, refrigerator, microwave and more. Own garage, independent entrance and safe neighborhood. Offer of excursions, salsa classes; as well as discounts available, according to the possibilities of each client. Our guests enjoy total freedom to enter or leave the house at any time, and no one will disturb their space, but always the family will be attentive to their needs.
It is a great house for everyone. The family occupies the ground floor and the guests, the superior. There is a garage with amplitude for 2 van or 3 small cars. To the right of the garage there is a door that is the independent entrance to the stairs of the 2nd floor.
Open a living room comfortably furnished. On the right the interior dining room or banquet area. If you walk down the corridor to the back of the house, the bedrooms are left on either side. At the end is the kitchen and another covered area for dinner, but much more ventilated. From there back up a staircase to the roof terrace with sun loungers, views of the city, the mountains and the ocean on the horizon. There are also tables and chairs for dinner or breakfast. The whole area totals approximately 350 square meters.
We offer you breakfast, dinner, cocktails and snack service, independently that you can access a kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave, refrigerator, utensils and other facilities, in case you want to prepare your own food.

About the Area
Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the sea. Taxis are available at all hours, at affordable prices. You can also take a horse-drawn carriage, as the locals do. Or if you prefer, rent a bike. There are buses to the beach. And if you want to travel to another city, collective taxis can also pick you up here at home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
