Casona La Mirtallo is an accommodation located in the center of the city, it is very easy to get anywhere since around us we have shops, supermarkets, areas with internet access (wifi), hospitals, etc. We are close to Chinatown, just a 10-minute walk from Old Havana and the Plaza de la Revolución municipality (Vedado). It is an old family house with very high ceilings, with easy access to the entrance of the building.

About the Area
Our house is also safe, it is located in a very central part of the city, only 5 minutes from the Central Park, Capitol, Old Havana and the Malecon Havana. If you want to take a taxi we are 10 minutes from Vedado. Around us you can find shopping centers, agromercados, hospitals, bus stops, banks, cadecas and everything you need to make your trip a pleasant stay.

Payment for the stay will be made at the time you check-in at the accommodation and will be in cash (USD).
We just want you to know that the most important thing is that you feel good and like family and that if at any time we deny you something specific, please understand that we also want to protect and safeguard our business and you as a guest.

-You are reminded to close the doors and windows when leaving the house, in case no host is found.
-Animals are not allowed inside the house.
-Please do not bring strangers into our house. If you want to invite a friend ask first

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
