Two apartments located in Centro Habana, 900 meters from the Capitolio and 200 meters from the Malecón Habanero. They are in a building of only 6 apartments, the numbers 5 and 6 (located opposite each other) make up the property, in total they add 4 rooms each with separate bathroom and beds cameras. The apartments have kitchen, living room, dining room and balcony with unobstructed view to the sea. On the roof we have enabled a very cozy terrace that offers the possibility of an excellent view of the city

About the Area
The property is located a few meters from the Havanan boardwalk and exactly 900 meters from the Capitol. The street Perseverancia is distinguished by being wider compared to the rest of the streets in the area and is the only one that begins in Malecón and ends in Neptuno. It is easily accessible both by San Lázaro and by Neptuno, roads where there are bus stops and are well traveled by taxis and other means of transport that facilitate mobility to any point in the city. It is located near the largest hospital in the country "Hermanos Almejeiras", very close to the emblematic restaurant "La Guarida" and the Casa de la Música of Centro Habana located on the famous Galeano street. The location is excellent because you can walk to both Vedado and Old Havana, municipalities that together Centro Habana are the main tourist destinations of the city.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
