About the Area
WALÀ HOUSE B & B is an accommodation with excellent location 4 kms from the Plaza de la Revoluciòn, 6 kms from Old Havana and Vedado, 8 kms from the Hemingway Museum, 20 kms from Playas del Este and 15 kms from the Josè International Airport Martì, among other sites of interest. A few meters you can access public transport, with very cheap and newly opened prices, restaurants (palates), metropolitan banks (CADECA) and shopping centers. Exceptionally, from 3 to 4 kms, of important hospital centers and academic training such as the Hospital Enrique Cabrera (National), the Pediatric Hospital Willian Soler, the National School of Public Health (ENSAP), the Clinical Surgical Hospital of 26 as well as the Salvador Allende Hospital and the National Endoscopic Surgery Center. Favorable for linear rents or short stay.

House Rules
1. After the reception, we will request your passport, to carry out the reception procedures, in the official guest registry and the accommodation payment will be made.
2. Illegal substances such as drugs, explosives or items considered dangerous to life or property will not be allowed.
3. It will be possible to have only one guest per guest, who will be received in the official guest registry. Minors are not allowed (only over 18 years old).
4. It is requested to inform, if the guest presents any type of allergy or any detail of interest, to ensure a healthy stay in our lodging.
5. Guests must pay the payment for breakage or loss of objects found within the lodging areas, according to the price of the product in the inventory of each space, attached to this document.
6. Bed linen and towels will be replaced every 2 days. The cleaning of the apartment is daily and exhaustive on the 3rd day.
7.In order for you to sleep in a healthy environment with a pleasant smell, smoking is not allowed in the room, this is what the outdoor areas are for.
8. In order to avoid inconvenience due to breakages, papers or other waste should not be thrown in the bathroom, please throw them in the baskets in the room.
9. Please close doors and windows so that you get more benefit from the air conditioning, when you go out please turn it off.
10. When you are going to leave the house, we urge you to close the doors with access to the street and take care of your keys, all with a view to securing your property and avoiding inconvenience.
11. We ask you to please respect the rules of coexistence and the hours of silence after 10:00 p.m.
12. We do not have conditions to accommodate children (under 2 years old) and pets.
13. Parties or events are not allowed.
14. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be done before 12:00 p.m. Luggage storage and the option to arrive early or leave late are allowed for the convenience of guests.

Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
