Our Casa Colonial Año 1830 totally restored located in a very central area of Old Havana, declared Cultural Heritage by UNESCO, in front of the historic Convento Santa Clara and 5' from the Plaza Vieja Arqùitectonica.
Amueblado with a practical and simple design.
Our location is ideal for visiting the attractions of major historical and cultural importance while walking. We rent 2 comfortable habitaciones.
We are preparing to organize a Tour of Havana in other places that you plan to visit.
We collaborate with other houses of Alquiler in all the island.
Well look for the Havana Planetarium, where you can admire Havana at 360°.
At 15 minutes from the Capitolio Nacional, Gran Teatro Nacional, Museum of the Revolution and the Museum of Fine Arts / 5 minutes from the Plaza Vieja, Parque de las Palomas and other places like Banco Internacional, Restaurants, Hotels with WiFi, and a disco with live music.

Esta ubicado en un lugar hermoso si queres conocer realmente el centro de La Habana vieja. Fueron muy serviciales desde que llegamos y la habitación estaba muy limpia. Tiene un pequeño balcon con una vista hermosa. Recomiendo

We had a nice stay at Justina's house in the centre of Havana Vieja. Justina's house is full of colors and history of which she is very proud. She also knows the in's and out's in the neighborhood. We had a great dinner in her restaurant nearby, unfortunately for the atmosphere, we were all alone there. The room is small but everything is there you need for having a great stay. In a small refrigerator there is beer, water and other drinks at reasonable prices and with a basket to pay. A small balcony offers views on street-life and the convent on the other side of the street. We were a little bit disappointed by the breakfast which was in other cases fresher. Probably this was bad luck. Justina also arranged us a Taxi to the airport. To visit all of Havana (Centro, Vedado,...), it is preferable (as we did) to book different stays in different areas of this amazing city.

The Casa was fine, it's quite expensive for what it is, though it is in the Havana Vieja which is very nice! The room was very small. We didn't see Justina, which was a bit strange.

It's a nice old house with a very good location. Communication with Justina was not good because she was not in the house and not available by phone. Also the toilets didn't work. The man who has to manage the house did a good job by trying to help us.

Right in the center of old Havana the room is clean and ok but forget about the promised coffee in the morning. This Lady has $ signs in her eyes.

Hello Horst, I am very sorry to read your comment because we have treated you and your company as two family members.
Our first objective is for our guest to spend his days of reservations in a serene and pleasant way.
I have health problems but I do not think that I have to say this to my guests for that reason I am not always present in the House.
You booked our house at a bargain price and even though I told you that sometimes we would offer you coffee.
We are not obliged to offer the breakfast to our clients is optional. If we charge you the Breakfast, the coffee, the water, it's because you were not in a 4-star hotel, you were in a Casa ParticularColonial Cubana where everything we offer to our clients is with the sacrifice of our work. I would have liked to be able to give them away breakfast, a coffee but I do not have the possibility, prices have increased in all sectors and products.
We pay the taxes to the Cuban state and I think they are very high. I hope you understand my explanation.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
