The cast Punta Gorda, a residential area, a few meters from the Bay of Cienfuegos is the Juanchi House. Located close to the Sculpture Park and the Marina Puerto Sol in this beautiful family income for foreign tourists a heated room in the first level. Customers are greeted by Juan Antonio and Norma and from this first encounter make guests feel as a member of the family.
The room has 2 comfortable beds with a total capacity of 3 people, minibar and TV to guarantee an ideal stay. The bathroom has hot and cold service uninterrupted water from a central heater. It has a courtyard surrounded by fruit trees where there is an aviary and fish tanks that will provide total relaxation. The house phone can be used by guests for local calls and to ensure the next destination. Book in this small paradise and meet a agradadable Cuban family.

It is located in the Punta Gorda neighborhood, quiet, safe and clean neighborhood, near the sea, only three kilometers from the city center where you can find the best recreation centers and services of the town, such as the international clinic and Club Cienfuegos (a one block), Marina Marlins (2 blocks) Hotel Jagua and Chalet de Valle (4 blocks), Supermarket (5 blocks). My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and pets.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
