Hostal Yami and Julio is located in a convenient place for the traveler who wants to know the city of Cienfuegos. The property, with over 110 m2 of roof surface is kept in excellent condition, despite having been built in the early twentieth century. It maintains the features of colonial architecture with high ceilings struts, providing a cool and comfortable temperature. Located a few meters from Terminal Station Víazul of Cienfuegos and 500 meters from the city center. 5 minutes walk from sites such as the Paseo del Prado, José Martí Park, Muelle Real, Tomas Terry Theater and other attractions of the historic center. In our house you will find a place to rest, enjoy excellent culinary service, a great Cuban coffee and the warmth of the treatment of their hosts, who will make them feel as at home. We have a room available, heated by air conditioning, private bathroom, in the same hbaitación that has hot and cold water 24 hours. This room has a double bed and a single, with capacity for 3 guests, price is per room and the family lives in the same house, but guarantees optimum security and privacy for its customers. Our guests have access to a living room and dining room, perfectly acclimated, where they can use and enjoy executive refrigerator which will provide opportunities to consume soft drinks, beer or water, according to your tastes and needs as well as to save some food need refrigeration. We offer breakfast, dinner, laundry, tourist information, town tours, visits to places of historical and cultural, bicycle rental, dance lessons, taxi service interest. We can also offer our guests body massage service if they wish.

The cast where the house is called Reparto La Gloria. It is a very quiet and safe area where you can walk, with absolute confidence, meeting every step a city that is always open to the sea, thanks to the design of the streets in perfect grid, which makes it very easy to navigate. Very close to the house is the Bucanero Tavern and Villuendas Park, where the WI FI service, where they can find various shops available. You can walk a few minutes to the disco, as Benny Moré, the historic center, theaters, like Thomas Terry, Art Museums, such as the provincial museum, restaurants, bars, cafes.
Nearby attractions: We are just 10 meters from the bus station and 500 meters from the main street, Paseo del Prado. The Villuendas park and Buccaneer Tavern is a few meters, as well as the circuit of shops. Imago Mall where WI FI service is also available, is only 600 meters and the latter also has a park that is an attractive recreation area and natural recreation.
Terminal Station Víazul of Cienfuegos, far just a few meters from the hostel YAMI and July, and there is a piquera rank 100 meters of housing and modern pedicabs circulating in the permanent city, which can become an experience very fun for visitors. We can manage the option of cheap taxis to make the stay of our guests more rewarding

Yamilka and her husband were very kind and welcoming during our visit in Cienfiegos. They instantly informed us about different trips around the city area and they helped us organize whatever we wanted and needed. They also made amazingly delicious food and their hospitality was just great. We felt really at home. It also helped a lot that they could speak english! :) We flew in to Cuba from Sweden and Yamilkas place would we very much recommend! :)

We booked with Yudi, but unfortunatelly her flat had a temporary problem. She found us a better accomodation for the same price with her sister. The sister was very helpful and the breakfast was really good. She even made juice for us during the afternoon to taste a new fruit.

Unfortunately, we could not stay with Yamilka when we came, but she had us stay at her friend's homestay instead. Her friend was very hospitable, made us lots of mohitos and took us out on the town to party during the festival week in Cienfuegos. We also got to practise a lot of Spanish.
Just make sure you agree prices if they offer to cook any meals. We came on a very tight budget and would have happily gone out and eaten at local places, which were very cheap in Cienfuegos. However, we opted to eat in at the homestay because our host offered to cook for us. Nothing was said about the price of these meals, so we assumed it was on the house. However, just as we left, the bill was whipped out, and needless to say we could have saved a lot of money by eating out.
That being said, all the meals were delicious and the hostess put her heart and soul into making sure we had a great time and got the best out of the town.

Lige over for Viazul busterminal centralt i Cienfuegos med kort gåafstand til bycentrum. Yamilka og hendes mand er dejlig hjælpsomme. Yamilka taler engelsk hvilket er dejligt når ens spansk er noget mangelfuld. Dejligt privat værelse med bad og varmt vand i hanerne. Når jeg ikke har givet mere end 3 hjerter skyldet det at hovedpuderne føltes som om de er fuldt med små stofrester og ikke let at sove med. Dernæst er der en del støj fra gade i form af taxichauffør som snakker højlydt medes de venter på den næste Viazul bus med turister.

Det er en fornøjelse at være dine værter er store mennesker. Jeg beklager kun, at puder til dame har været noget ubehageligt, da de for nylig blev købt, var faktisk frigivelse og hvis han havde sagt, da han havde løst problemet, fordi den maksime, der identificerer os er, at vores hjem er dit hjem, så vi forsøger at gøre vores gæster føler sig hjemme, gør alt, hvad vi kan for at behage vores gæster med glæde. Jeg håber, at der på din næste tur kan du give dine værter med vidunderlig 5 Hjerter, som den perfekte indkvartering.
Es un placer haber sido sus anfitriones, son excelentes personas. Lo único que lamento es que las almohadillas para la señora hayan resultado un tanto incómodas, pues estaban recien compradas, de hecho eran de estreno y si lo hubiera mencionado, al momento se hubiera resuelto el inconveniente, pues la máxima que nos identifica es que nuestra casa sea su casa, por lo que tratamos que nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en casa, haciendo todo a nuestro alcance por complacer con placer a nuestros invitados. Ojalá que en su próximo viaje pueda obsequiar a sus anfitriones con unos maravillosos 5 corazones, pues el alojamiento sea PERFECTO.February 2017
Yamilka ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die alle Wünsche an einen angenehme Unterkunft erfüllt und übererfüllt hat. Frühstück war landestypisch und wunderbar. Alle Fragen zur Stadt hat sie mit Liebe und Hingabe beantwortet und uns auch bei der Organisation eines Ausfluges nach Trindad geholfen. Falls wir noch einmal nach Cienfuegos reisen, würden wir unbedingt wieder bei ihr Quartier nehmen.

Gudrun ha sido una huesped estupenda, ordenada, limpia, respetuosa y muy correcta. Ha sido un verdadero placer haberla tenido durante esos 5 dias en nuestra casa, nos alegra mucho que se haya sentido bien en nuestra compañia, porque nosotros disfrutamos el tenerla entre nosotros y que haya sido parte de la familia durante su estancia en Cienfuegos. GRACIAS HOMESTAY!!! GRACIAS GUDRUN!!!! Ojala regrese algun dia nuestra casa sera siempre su casa....

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
