Colonial style house, built in 1940, located in high, very spacious rooms, with private bathroom and central heater, air conditioning, separate entrance. Living room with balcony facing the street. Free Internet (30 min / person-night), we offer free advice on the planning of your trip to Cuba and Cienfuegos, we manage transfers and excursions to all destinations. We offer breakfast, dinner, laundry not included in the price of the room. Located in the center of the city.
We are a family composed of 4 members: Evelyn university professor, Manolito medical specialist in Geriatrics and Gerontology and my two children medical students.

Because we offer excellent prices and in very good place. We have a lease license, there are no intermediaries between us, you will always negotiate with us the owners.

Paseo del Prado, Coopelia, Luisa Theater, Boulevard that includes shops, super markets, craft fairs, communications center, pharmacy, currency exchange houses (CADECA), reservations and information bureau, travel agency, nightclubs and others nightclubs, hotels such as the Union, Cienfuegos Cathedral, the Tomás Terry Theater.
We are also less than 1km from the beautiful boardwalk of cienfuegos and the Viazul bus terminal.

About the Area
I live in the historical center of the city of cienfuegos "Cultural Heritage of Humanity" in one of the most central places of the city, only 50 meters from the Paseo del Prado (the longest in Cuba and 150 meters from the boulevard de cienfuegos where Located the main commercial area of this city.

Living with Evelyn and her family was a great experience! We were lucky to meet this warm and kind family, they really made us feel like home. The house was big, luminous and clean, in the historic center of Cienfuegos. They gave us all the information needed for the city and they also helped us find taxi for our next destination. We wish we had more days with them in this amazing part of our trip. If you visit Cienfuegos you should definitely stay in this house!!!

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
