La casa se encuentra ubicada en el corazón del Vedado, zona centrica y tranquila. Desde ahí puede alcazar en pocos minutos la zona vieja de la ciudad, Habana Vieja o la parte mas moderna como Miramar, pasear por el Malecón Habanero solo les llevará 5 0 6 min. caminando. La casa está totalmente restaurada con todo el confort que requiere un hotel. Cuenta de 4 habitaciones , cada una tiene su propio baño, con agua fría y caliente, las habitaciones, una vez que cierre su puerta están totalmente independientes las unas de la otras, todas separadas por un largo pasillo. Las habitaciones incluyen, aire acondicionado (Split), caja de seguridad y Minibar, desde luego lo que se consuma del minibar se paga extra.
Las habitaciones, dos de ellas tienen cama matrimonial y las otras dos camas individuales. El precio es por habitación y por noche.
Incluimos el servicio de ropa de cama, toallas, jabón y papel sanitario. En todas las habitaciones encontrará tambien una secadora de pelo.
La casa tiene vista a la calle, osea exterior y si sube a nuestra azotea podrá disfrutar de una vista maravillosa del malecón habanero. Incluso desde los balcones de la casa tiene una vista expectacular.La casa tiene 2 balcones, uno de ellos colinda con nuestra habitación suit. El otro es para uso común.
Contamos con sala, salón de estar, pasillo, comedor, cocina.
Tenemos también en la casa WIFI!!!!!
Se ofrece aparte servicio de desayuno, no está en el precio incluido y solo se hace a petición del huesped.
También pueden nuestros huespedes visitar nuestro propio Restaurante que se encuentra en la casa de abajo. “El Balcón del Habano”.
Ofrecemos también servicio de lavandería, a solicitud del cliente y pagandolo extra. Tenemos todas las comodidades en la casa para brindar este servicio.
Ofrecemos también servicio de recogida al aeropuerto si el cliente lo desea, precio extra.

Die Zimmer waren sehr angenehm und gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen der Betten waren sehr komfortabel, wir haben darin gut geschlafen. Man musste aber den vollen Preis bezahlen, auch wenn man ein Doppelzimmer nur mit einer Person belegt hat. Alle Zimmer waren gleich teuer, obwohl die Ausstattung sehr unterschiedlich war. (Ein Zimmer war mit Kleiderschrank, ein anderes ohne, nur mit Garderobe. Die Zimmer und dazugehörigen Bäder waren auch unterschiedlich groß.)
Das schöne an der Casa war aber, dass man im Vorraum auch sitzen konnte und alle 4 Zimmer auf einer Etage lagen. Wir wählten sie aus, weil wir zu viert in einem Haus wohnen wollten.
Die Wohngegend ist für Havanna ziemlich ruhig, aber ohne Taxi dann doch etwas zu weit vom Zentrum weg. Hier sind die Straßen sauber.
Die Küche durften wir nicht benutzen. Sie befindet sich auf der gleichen Etage. Dass wir den Wasserkochen manchmal benutzten, wurde geduldet.Folgende Interneteinträge auf der Homestay-Seite stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein:
1.: "Wir weisen darauf hin, dass nur ein kleines Frühstück im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist."
Denn: Wir haben auch kein kleines Frühstück kostenlos erhalten. 10 CUC pro Person und Frühstück mussten wir bezahlen, das war für die kleine Auswahl nicht angemessen.
2.: Die Mietpreise waren in EUR angegeben.
Denn: Wir haben den ausgewiesenen Betrag in CUC bezahlen sollen. Diana war aber so ehrlich und hat uns den zu viel bezahlten Betrag wieder zurückgegeben.
3.: Ein Haartrockner auf jedem Zimmer.
Denn: Es gab auf keinem der Zimmer einen Haartrockner.Wir durften am Abreisetag unsere Koffer in einem der Zimmer abstellen, bis wir zum Flughafen losfahren mussten, das war sehr angenehm.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
