It is in a quiet area, near the beach, two minutes walk is the buss and taxi stop for the different places of interest of the city, and also Varadero, 15 minutes from the Airport and 25 minutes from Varadero ..

House Rules
Modern and clean house, suitable to enjoy a nice family stay, since it has three rooms (two on one floor) and the other on the (first floor) totally private,,
I have a very good location, private parking, camera and alarm protection.....And more....there are smoking areas. There are questions in the ad that I don't know how to explain. I am not inside the house with the guests. The guests are independent of my house.

Very clean home with great showers. Hosts were extremely nice and helpfully with everything, we didn't stay for breakfast so we can't comment on that. We highly recommend this Casa to everyone.

We had a large room with private bathroom and a kitchen with table and chairs where we could eat our breakfast. There was a parking place for our car.
Our host was very sympathetic and she prepared us 2 times an excellent breakfast. The 2nd day we returned too late to ask her for a breakfast the next morning, but nevertheless, she prepared us an excellent one.
If you want to stay in Matanzas, then Villa Serrano is highly recommended.March 2018
Wir wurden in der Villa Serrano sehr herzlich aufgenommen und hervorragend betreut. Ein sehr gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück ergänzte den Aufenthalt. Dir Zimmer und sanitären Einrichtungen haben uns positiv überrascht sehr gut gefallen.
Wir können die Unterkunft und die Familie jedem sehr empfehlen.

It was a real delight to stay at Dayle's house: excellent, complete, spacious and clean accomodations, but -what's even more important- Dayle was a very nice host to us, always available and helpful. We also appreciated very much the fact that we were invited to join the birthday drink of her husband at their house: a real pleasure to have met them!
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
