Residencia Fuentes, has been recently renovated. It was created by the owner who has worked many years in the lodging market. Staying here is the best way to spend your Cuban holidays, in a very nice and friendly environment.

Residencia Fuentes offers a nice and independent mini apartment with private bathroom, independent entrance, mini kitchen and fridge, double bed, air conditioning, fan, telephone, towels, hot water 24 hrs, garden view, private parking space.
Surroundings
The House is placed on a quiet residential neighborhood, at only 100 meters from the sea on the Matanzas bay at 10 minutes walking from the nearest local Beach ''Buey Vaca'', also the famous Varadero Beach can be reached by car at only twenty minutes trip.

Guests can relax in our patio or terrace tasting a Cuban continental breakfast, and use the patio barbecue.
We can easily organize the following services, by request.

- Transfers from/to the beautiful Varadero Beach (20 minutes)
The International Varadero Airport (VRA) is placed at 15 minutes by car, and international Airport of Havana (HAV) at one hour trip.

The House is placed on the neighborhood 'Pastorita' on the Havana - Varadero corridor, the house can be reached by car from the International Varadero Airport (VAR) in 15 minutes, From Matanzas city center with the bus number “16” (fifteen minutes), from Havana (HAV) international Airport at approximately one hour trip.

No wheelchair access
Children accepted. One Children can stay for free in parents' bed/s if younger than 3 years. If children older than 3 is allowed on extra bed at 5 CUC per night.
Animals/pets accepted: One small Dog accepted at 2 Cuc per day.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
