Apartment very close to the sea, about 150 m from it, on Guanabo beach, with 3 air-conditioned rooms with all the comforts, NO ROOMS FOR RENT SEPARATELY, THE PAYMENT IS THE SUM OF THE AMOUNT OF THE 3 ROOMS. The apartment is located on the top floor of the house, with a separate entrance. It has a car park, a glazed living room with a table, chairs, a sofa, a bathroom sandwiched between 2 of the rooms and another bathroom only for room 3, a terrace with a covered part and the rest exposed to the open air of the sea with Excellent view, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying the stars, a kitchen to prepare meals with a refrigerator for your use according to your needs, 24-hour cold-hot water is guaranteed, a work area. Very gastronomy services are also offered. varied in case they do not wish to cook and laundry at the request of the guests. It is located near markets, polyclinic, post office and only 5 km from the beach of Santa María del Mar, it is also only 30 minutes from the center of the capital of Cuba (Old Havana and its historic center), nearby are the best restaurants in Guanabo.

About the Area
Our House is located north of the city in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are a few blocks from downtown Guanabo, 30 minutes from downtown Havana. The bus stops are only 2 blocks walking from the house, and taxis can be taken 1 block and a half.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
No parties or events are allowed in the house. Visits to guests will be with the consent of the hostess. Noise is not allowed at night and early morning. No more than 8 people are allowed, including children, for the 3 rooms, music with volume for the consumption of the guest, not for the neighbors. No pets allowed.

Great location, close to the beach. Elba was very helpful and easy going, explained all things around and arranged our taxi trip to the airport (at 4am). Definitely recommend.

Elba fue muy atenta con nosotras.
Su casa es realmente preciosa, un poco alejada de la zona del centro, pero está muy bien.
A mejorar sería instalar un sistema de aire acondicionado moderno, ya que tiene un aire de los viejos que no nos permitió dormir dado el calor que hace en Cuba. Es como si el aire no diera a basto para enfriar el ambiente.
Lo otro es que el agua tiene gusto a sal, el agua de las cañerias (de la ducha y de la pileta), pero esto creo que es por la zona en la que se encuentra la casa, y que pasa lo mismo en todas las casas.

Hola valentina , despues de leer tu evaluacion , revise el aire acondicionado por tu sugerencia y verifique que lo habian puesto en 4 del numero de enfriar,donde el maximo es 9 , lo que significa que practicamente lo tenian para que la habitacion no se enfriara ,no me comentaron nada y estuve despierta hasta despues que ustedes se acostaron , fue una pena , ademas en el desayuno tampo me lo comentaron , todo el huesped que he tenido en mi casa , lo que me dice que son demaciados fuertes esos aires , por eso no los he cambiado , lo demas no esta en mis manos , es una pena sino se sintieron a gusto , saludos y disculpen

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
