House on the seashore special to rest and enjoy with the family. 5 minutes from the town and 30 minutes from the capital. Your hosts live in the house next door. 24 hour security and assistance, excellent cleaning and attention. Spacious, ventilated rooms with all the comforts. Five bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor), 6 bathrooms, 3 terraces (1 on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor), living room with ocean views and kitchen. The price includes change of sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper and cleaning of the entire house and its outdoor areas. Breakfast and dinner are offered at affordable prices, but you have all the conditions created to prepare your own food. The house is fully rented regardless of the number of rooms you reserve.

About the Area
Our house is located north of the city of Havana in the municipality of Habana del Este, in the neighborhood of Brisas del Mar, about 5 minutes from the nearest town (Guanabo), 30 minutes from the center of the capital and 1 hour from airport. Quiet and safe urbanization. House by the sea. A bus passes through the urbanization and walking in minutes you can reach a bus station and almond trees (old cars)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
