Our house and accommodation is located in the best house condominium in Havana today and at the 50s and is today the favorite beach (Santa Maria del Mar beach) destination for locals and tourists in the city. Just 20 minutes from the city and less than 100 meters from the Santa Maria Beach´s sand you will find the best positioned B & B or private beach house in Havana. Those that are looking to enjoy the sun and sea, as well as lovers of water sports, Kit Surf and others will not find a better place to stay because of the conditions in general that our accommodation provided to them, the proximity to the sea, space and facilities to wash, store, etc. its water sports equipment. With exceptional conditions of safety, quiet, comfortable room and everything very clean, make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea place overall. For our part we do everything to make you feel like your own beach house.

Nuestra casa y alojamiento está situado en el mejor residencial de playa de La Habana actual y de los años 50, siendo hoy el destino turístico de playa (playa Santa María del Mar) preferido por los turistas y locales en la ciudad. Quienes buscan disfrutar del sol y el mar, así como los amantes de los deportes acuáticos, Kit Surf y otros, no encontraran un mejor lugar para su estancia pues contamos con facilidades como espacios de fácil acceso para lavar, guardar, etc sus equipos de deportes náuticos, condiciones excepcionales de seguridad, tranquilidad, una habitación confortable y con mucha limpieza, argumentos los cuales la hacen el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del mar en general.

House Rules
•POR FAVOR, cuando venga de la playa asegúrese de no entrar al baño de la habitación con arena.
•NO FUMAR en la habitación, solo en las áreas exteriores no techadas.
•La habitación está concebida para 1 ó 2 personas, una tercera no está permitida sin previa coordinacion.
•En el momento de arribo a la casa, identificación o pasaporte y VISA serán requeridos para registrarlos en el libro de huéspedes y en emigración.
•Si después del Check In una segunda persona va a alojarse, los documentos antes solicitados también tienen que ser presentados.
•En ninguno de los puntos antes mencionados es permitido MENORES DE 18 AÑOS si no es en compañía de sus padres o familiares.
•Check In a las 14:00 hrs y Check Out a las 12:00 hrs. Estos pueden ser flexibles siempre y cuando no tengamos otra entrada o salida de clientes.

Wonderful staff, comfortable bed, beautiful decor, delicious dinner, perfect location to gorgeous Santa Maria beach!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
