Ofrece la renta de 4 Habitaciones con entrada independiente a la casa y Baños Privados, lo caracteriza la limpieza exhaustiva y el Buen Gusto!!
Se Brinda confort, seguridad y si así lo desea encontrará un ambiente familiar. En casa conocerá a personas serviciales, con alto sentido de la amistad y sentirás el calor humano que transmite el cubano!!
Nuestro alojamiento recibe a parejas, aventureros, viajeros de negocios, familias (con hijos), grupos de amigos y mascotas.
Se ofrece servicios gastronómicos, de lavandería, Masajes y se dispone de 3 TAXIS para efectuar las recogidas en las diferentes estaciones dentro o fuera de la ciudad. De igual manera se oferta la renta de los carros a tiempo completo con un chofer incluido y NO es responsabilidad de cliente ni la alimentación ni el hospedaje del chofer.
Muy cerca de la casa están localizados los Parques Centrales (a tan solo 2 minutos caminando), Holguín es la ¨Ciudad de los Parques¨… Alrededor de ellos se encuentran Variadas Discotecas y cafeterías muy concurridas todo el día y la noche, la Casa de la Trova, el Salón Benny Moré con show artístico (Comediantes, cantantes y bailarines) y posterior música para bailar toda la noche, la Bolera para disfrutar de juegos de bolos. Restaurantes de Comida Criolla e Internacional. Lugares exclusivos como la Loma de la Cruz (Mirador único de la ciudad en el que se encuentra la Cruz bautizada por el actual Papa Francisco).

About the Area
Nuestro Hostal está ubicado en el Centro de la Ciudad de Holguín, muy cerca de la casa están localizados los Parques Centrales (a tan solo 2 minutos caminando), Holguín es la ¨Ciudad de los Parques¨. A 50 metro hay una casa de cambio de dinero (CADECA)…y en el mismo paque exist acceso al WIFI.
La sstación de BUS está en las afueras de la Ciudad y el aeopuertoa 15 km del centro por lo que se hace neecsitará un taxi para llegar a casa. Ofertamos servicio de taxi para los cliente que lo soliciten y se les garantiza la espera por el chofer hasta el momento de su llegada.

El vecindario es excelente, los vecinos son amigables, respetuosos...usted tendrá toda la privacidad que necesite!!!
Para mantener las buenas relaciones y el respeto hacia ellos, debe tenerse especial cuidado para evitar molestias innecesarias en el vecindario y para lograrlo necesitamos que la Hora de silenciosea a partir de las 12:00 am (No Música Alta).
En casa permitimos fumar en espacios abiertos diseñados para los fumadores, No permitimos que se fume dentro de la habitación.

My stay with Gina was perfect. I arrived laye, but she was thete to greet me and make me feel at home. The breakfast was ample and deliscious I wishI had time to try the pool! I highly recommend this Homestay casa.
Mon séjour chez Gina fut court, mais parfait. Je suis arrivée tard mais elle était là pour m'attendre. Le déjeuner est copieux et délicieux! J'aurais aimé avoir le d'utiliser la piscine! Je recommande fortement cette casa de Homestay!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft bei Gina; alles was wir im Vorfeld mit Gina per WhatsApp besprachen hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Wir wurden vom Airport abgeholt, auch das reservierte Auto mit Fahrer stand uns zur Verfügung obwohl es Benzin nur auf dem Schwarzmarkt gab. Unser Fahrer, Leo, sprach Englisch und war ein sehr angenehmer und sehr guter Fahrer, auch für ihn volles Lob. Allerdings stellten wir nach 4 Wochen Kuba Erfahrung fest, das das Abendessen deutlich überteuert ist. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

Very friendly hosts, nice room, you can order a lovely breakfast with fresh juice, fruits, eggs and so on. Very close to the city centre, but a bit hard to find. Small rooftop pool. Perfect stop for a stop-over.

A great place to stay, Gina and her team were incredibly helpful and friendly and kind. Delicious breakfast (love the coffee!) and the dinners were amazing. I would definitely stay again. Hopefully next time I will be able to speak some Spanish. For now, 'todo bien'.

Gina esta muy amable. Estaba muy confortable, porque tienen su propio coches por recoger gente del aeropuerto o de otro lugares. Tambien el personal de servicio ha hecho todo que nos sentimos bien.

My wife and I had a wonderful visit to Holguin, and were hosted by Gina & Francis (and their adorable little boy) . Their rooms are spotless and all amenities were provided. Better still, we were able to get priceless advice from our hosts on local events and services, As they have taxis available, we were able to travel to several interesting areas while there, including to Gibara for a couple of days. The breakfasts were delicious, and served whenever we requested. What you can't measure, though, is the intelligence, humility,honesty and charm of Gina and Francis , and for that matter almost all Cuban people.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile.
