The house is comfortable and is located in a central place in the city, safe and easy way of communication with other sites of tourist attraction and cultural, 25 minutes from the International Airport Jose Marti, just 8 blocks from the Malecon in Havana and very close to the bus station Via Azul that connects with other cities of Cuba.
We are a couple of professionals, we speak English and French. We prefer a healthy tourism, couple or family with cultural interests, tourist, professionals.
Room A: Equipped with Queen bed (supports up to two people).
Room B: Equipped with Queen bed and a twin bed (supports three people)
All rooms have private bathroom, hot water 24 hours, TV, air conditioning and a freezer.
In addition to the rooms, the house has a garden, terrace, living room & Dinning room.

About the Area
Nuestra casa esta localizada en un area urbana, en el centro de la ciudad. A 15 minutos de la Habana Colonial, viajando en auto; puede acceder caminando ocho calles al Malecon habanero y seis a la Fabrica de Arte Cubano.Menos de 2 Km lo separan de la Estacion de Omnibus Via Azul, que lo conecta con otros destinos turisticos.
Si desea un dia de playa, esta se encuentra a 30 minutos en auto o en el bus turistico.
Solo 10 Mt lo separan del sitio donde puede acceder al servicio de taxis colectivos. La parada del bus publico esta a solo 100 Mt. Si se desplaza 300 Mt encontrara la parada del bus turistico.

Debe abonarse el precio completo de la habitacion a su llegada. No se permiten visitas dentro de las habitaciones. No drogas, no fumar dentro de las habitaciones, solo en la terraza. No deben ingerir alimentos dentro de las habitaciones. Si rompen algun objeto deben reponerlo o pagar el precio del mismo. Mantener una conducta adecuada de acuerdo a las normas de educacion.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
