Our apartment is located in Infanta 24, apt 504, between Avenida 23 and Humbolt, the central tourist area of Havana called Vedado, one block from the Malecón Habanero and the Hotel Nacional de Cuba. IF YOU RENT THE TWO ROOMS YOU WILL HAVE THE COMPLETE APARTMENT WITH KEY IN HAND AT A SPECIAL PRICE. The apt is surrounded by restaurants, hotels, theaters, travel agencies that provide car rental, excursions and links to domestic and international flights. By walking you can reach bars, cabarets, museums, famous parks and at 10 minutes you will find the Historical Center of Havana Colonial and its Castles. The building has elevators. All Elsa will be there, who will greet them with a smile and the clean apartment to give them the keys in hand and help them in whatever they need. She offers with additional cost breakfasts and meals, internet service, currency exchange, car parking. The apartment is safe, private and independent. House Rules
Maintain ethical standards of living in family building, sleeping only registered guests and a maximum of 4 people as there are beds for two per room. Can sleep only persons registered as guests. Cuban law enforcement are required and maintain proper social behavior.
No parties, pornography, prostitution, drugs, firearms, minors are allowed. You can smoke on the balcony or patio.
Any deterioration or breakage of furniture, equipment or property by negligence or misuse must pay the replacement cost or the price of the Cuban market.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
