A family apartment in a quality 1940's building in extremely good conditions. My apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has plenty of large windows letting ocean breeze and light to come inside, No need for air conditioning actually! 5 minutes from the Malecon and the Vedado, 20 mins from Old Havana! My place is located in the very heart of authentic Habana in a neighborhood named Centro Habana!

House Rules
1) Keys: upon arrival you will be given a set of 3 keys opening the street door, the flat door and your room door. Any loss or damage of any of these keys will automatically be deducted from your deposit.
2) Air conditioning : the air conditioning is only to be used between 8pm and 8am.
3) Safety: it is extremely dangerous and therefore strictly forbidden to bring any stranger to the flat. Breaking this rule will subject you to immediate expulsion with NO refund from either your stay or deposit.
4) Smoking: we thank you for not smoking in the bedrooms. Smoking is only permitted in the main lounge, on the balcony and in the patio.
5) Noise: in respect of other guests and neighbours we recommend and request no music or noise after 10pm.
6) Cleanliness: upon arrival the flat will be clean and tidy an must be left in the same condition on your departure. No food is allowed in the rooms.
Every 3 nights, bedlinen and towels are changed and free of charge housekeeping is provided, for above 4 night stays.
We inform you that the towels cannot be taken to the beach or any other place.
7) Damages: no special attention is required just a respectful behaviour is expected. For instance, beware of stains a glass or a bottle could leave on the mahogany furniture. Any damage will automatically be deducted from your deposit.
8) Children safety: the house has steep steps and some non secured areas. Keep in mind this house is a home not a public space. All children should be kept under supervision at all times and is the responsibility of the parents.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
