We rent our Colonial Relax B & B in Havana Cuba, totally independent for you or your family, with a maximum of 4 people. There is a Suitte room where 3 people can enter and the room can be a person on a sofa bed. The house has modern fitted kitchen, living room and terraces; For the enjoyment of our guests. At the bottom of the house is the host who will always be at your service and watch over your safety.

About the Area
Our house is in one of the most populated areas of the capital, Havana. It is the zone or Municipality 10 of October one of the most traveled and with direct connection with the International Airport that is to 30 km.
The city center, Casco Antiguo Habana Vieja is a 15 minute drive or bus ride away. There are many public transport offers from the house to the best places in the city and at any time of day and night. Even early in the morning, so it will not be difficult for them to return home. The main beaches are 35 km away.

Our guests will be able to smoke in the outdoor areas that the house has and if they receive visitors, they will have to register them. This is a Standard Mandated by Cuban Laws. It is always for your safety

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
