Beautiful semi-detached apartment, with independent access. Includes breakfast and garage. Living room shared with two large rooms (with capacity for three people each), remodeled with separate bathrooms and all amenities (air conditioning, fan, hot / cold water pressure, closet and minibar). There will always be a person waiting for you regardless of the time of arrival. The key is given when entering and a map of the surroundings that serves as a guide. There are two wifi zones in the vicinity. Around the corner, you will find everything your heart desires: restaurants, bars and many connections with the rest of Havana.

About the Area
We are inserted inside the populous neighborhood of 10 de Octubre, near the Calzada de 10 de Octubre and other populous avenues, communicated with any place of Havana by conventional and old taxis, in addition to public transport. We can also help you rent an official or old taxi, and tell you what you need to travel within the city or country.
Very cozy place, where you can experience the authentic local life (Tielian Xing and Gao Jianhua, China) ... being located in Heredia street, away from the center, gave us a completely fresh and genuine feeling of Havana. (Aaron and Naama, Israel) ... we liked the free tourist spot; a beautiful house with colored glass windows and French doors that open to a beautiful garden patio (Susan and Hubert, United States) ... cozy and private (Roger and Yamilé, Canada) ... close to cafes, bars and restaurants with authentic Cuban food (Orlando and Alexander, Mexico and Puerto Rico) ... the house is spacious and has everything essential (Susan and Hubert, USA) .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
