The apartment is located in an exclusive area known as the Nautical Deal, in Miramar, designed in the 50's, decade of the constructive boom in Havana, two streets will have a beautiful view of the Atlantic and quick access to beaches, luxury hotels, Business Center , Miramar Convention Center, Expocuba, Hemingway Marina, Habana Club, restaurants and cafes, banks, Shopping Center, and the famous 5th Avenue, by which you can reach the center (23rd Street) in 15 min and Old Havana in 20 min.
The apartment has a large living room with air conditioning and equipped with indirect light and direct leds with appliques as desired, then a fully equipped kitchen; With gas extractor, gas cooker, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, sanwichera, utensils, crockery and cutlery, set of glasses among others, at the end in a small enclosed room, installs the water heater and a washing machine. The construction is solid and has a ceramic floor in light color.
On the left side of the house you will find two large rooms, one of them with safe, with intercalated bath with tub, hot and cold water. In all rooms there is air conditioning and closet for clothes, footwear and other personal products. There are electrical plugs with American and European standards as well as 110 and 220 volts.
In the section right at the end there is a third room with independent bathroom that is used by the person who lives in the house who is the one who will attend the guests and therefore is not rent.
The apartment is on the first floor of a three-story building with five apartments, distributed two per floor and attic on the third floor. All with a large terrace from which you can see the mouth of the river to the sea.

Being close to the sea is ideal for people who practice scuba diving and deep sea fishing. You can access the sea with special shoes for places on the coast. In the area you can enjoy a very pure air, free from the usual pollution of large cities. If you want to fish, from the coast you can do at the mouth of the river or on the coast that is two blocks from the apartment. In our accommodation you can see the sea in all its splendor! Do not settle for seeing it from afar, enjoy it close by, only 200 meters away!

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
