We are a young and enterprising family and we rent an apartment on the 1st floor. Totally independent for the enjoyment and privacy of our clients with a large balcony and direct view of the Orrelly cafe and the street, kitchen-dining room, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom with hot and cold water throughout the house and excellent natural lighting, the apartment It is very cosy, fresh and comfortable
Me and my family live just above the apartment that is rented, it is a 2-story house, it is rented downstairs and we live upstairs,

About the Area
Our apartment is located in the historical center of Old Havana. This area is very quiet, full of Cuban neighbors with their customs at 0 minutes from La Catedral Church and only 1 minute from the well-known Bodeguita del Medio where you will enjoy an exquisite meal at Cuban style, I am also surrounded by many tourist attractions where you can get souvenirs of our cultures, we have a Metropolitan Bank where you can take and exchange money right in the corner, Orrelly cafe is to the right of our lodging where they make delicious coffees with The aroma and the very native flavor of our nation. We also have only 8 blocks that would be about 10-15mint. The CAPITOL Symbol of the city and to its right the National Theater next to the Museum of Fine Arts And known hotels.
Just a few steps away from the apartment you will find El Bar 304 which visits the President of the United States Obama, as well as more bars restaurants like La coin cubana La Reliquia and others that will enjoy highly recommended foods and drinks. It also has a car park more known in Cuba as Parking where you can leave your car insurance if you have it. Other places of interest are La Fortaleza del Morro and El Malecon Habanero among others ..
Bus stops and taxis to all places of the city are located around the old habana so you can get around and get to know the maximum, it is located in the Center of All Activity, Here you can enjoy the real Cuba because besides its beautiful sculptures you will be able to take excellent photographs of the Cuban Architecture of before the Revolution where you are still its Colonial Houses and Streets with cobblestones and other history of this beautiful Country.

Meals

House Rules
* A person from the Family will be at home 24 hours a day for questions or suggestions about your apartment, which is independent.
* We are willing to guide, help or suggest activities or what to do / where to go.
* Upon arrival your balance has to be paid. Our rates are in usd
*In the Apartment you can have local residents are welcome, but we are not responsible for loss, theft or breakage, so we suggest that our clients put their personal belongings and valuables in the safe that we provide.
* We offer a full breakfast at an additional cost (5 usd) from 7 am to 10:30 am. For better enjoyment.
* A person will be available from 10am to 4pm to clean the apartment. You must indicate what time of day you want.
* The change of towels and sheets is daily, you should only request it during cleaning hours.
* At the end of your stay we check all the belongings in the apartment. In case of Breakage of any effect or loss, there will be an additional cost for which you must be responsible. For your safety when entering we make a tour accompanied by the client where we inform you of these rules and we show everything in good condition.
We are not such a strict family, we just take care that your stay is pleasant for both you and us... That way we will feel more like Family.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
