Large independent room, full bathroom, air conditioning, HD TV It has an independent entrance and an outdoor space (Terrace) where you can enjoy tranquility. For long stay I can offer additional comforts It has a refrigerator. The room is in a house on the ground floor (only 16 steps from the street) located in a central street of Old Havana in the Historic Center of the city, just a few blocks from the Paseo del Prado, Capitol, museums and avenues that allow you to visit other parts of the City. It has access to WiFi but the guest must buy his card to access the Internet. You should be informed about the currency in Cuba, since credit cards issued in the United States are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, although you can do it on the terrace.

About the Area
The house is located in the Historic Center of the city, very close to the National Capitol. The area has cafes, restaurants, museums, and is a tourist area. There are good communications with the rest of the city, near the Ferry Terminal and the bay of Havana, and the Central Railway Station.

House Rules
You can smoke outdoors, that is, on the terrace. The inclusion of other people other than those agreed for the contract is not permitted. Guests must pay additionally in cash upon arrival in Euros or USD. They must register with their passport identification or Identity Card. Other optional services requested by the guest must be paid in cash at the time of service. Guests must inform themselves before coming about everything related to their stay in Cuba. Credit cards issued by North American banks do not work and the dollar has an exchange penalty in banks. It is preferable that you travel with Euros. There is Wi-Fi in the house to connect to the Internet, but you must buy a card or pay separately for connection time. If you wish to use data to connect with a cell phone (Mobile), you must purchase a line for your mobile from the communications company ETECSA. Find out more about it.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
