The Esther House has a private room with air conditioning, bathroom included exclusively for the guest with hot / cold water 24 hours a day, TV, telephone, refrigerator. You are provided with the keys to the house, as guests can leave and enter the house at any time they wish, we offer laundry service. Free help is provided to the client in reservations, arrangements and other necessities. There is total security of your belongings.

About the Area
My apartment is very well located, in the neighborhood of Centro Habana, it is one of the most sought after areas of Havana, with great cultural activity, close to areas of great tourist interest such as the Capitol, Central Park, Gran Teatro de Havana and Old Havana, just 100 meters from the Malecón Habanero, only 10 minutes walking from the center of Vedado, where there are cinemas, bars, restaurants, Wi-Fi zones, Havana University, Cuba's National Hotels, Havana Free and Hill, near banks, markets and shops, with very good communication of local transport.

La casa de Esther está muy bien ubicada, es muy acogedora, privada y limpia. Además el espacio que te brinda es amplio con elementos muy útiles para tu estadía. Además, el carisma y calor humano de Esther y René ayudan a que sea bastante agradable tu estancia en La Habana, como en casa. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites y a orientarte sobre los lugares a donde quieras ir, si les preguntas. Excelente lugar para estar y descansar.

The host cancelled the booking 7 days before the arrival date.

Esther and Rene were very helpful and made every effort to make my visit as pleasant as possible.
The room is large, nicely appointed and quiet.
The location in Central Havana and the Malecon make it convenient to visit both Old Havana and Vedado. For the adventurous the roof is accessible for views of city and sea.
Esther is an excellent hostess and cook, Rene welcoming and both very cultured with a wealth of knowledge on current events, the points of interest and history of Cuba. They gladly help plan and organize places to visit either on your own or with driver and guide. They can make arrangements for travel and accommodation to other locations of interest.

Mark empezó su viaje por Cuba en mi apartamento así que tuve que guiarlo en su visita a Cuba, fue un huésped muy delicado en el trato con nosotros, muy conversador lo que nos permitió intercambiar sobre nuestros países y nuestras culturas y tratamos de hacerlo sentir como en casa, esperamos que lo hayamos logrado y que el resto del país le haya dado la misma bienvenida para que su experiencia en nuestro país haya sido de su agrado y que vuelva en el futuro cercano

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
