It is a unique and cozy apartment on the first floor that has charming private rooms for rent in the neighborhood El Vedado, considered by many as the center of Havana and from where it is easy to access all the places of the city.
With more than 15 years of experience and thanks to the experience, friendliness and flexibility in the reception of guests, you will feel "as if you were at home".
Our house functions as a small family hotel. The house and rooms have been remodeled and updated to tourism standards and are well maintained. It offers rooms with private bathroom, each with air conditioning, a double bed and a personal bed, hot water in the bathroom 24 hours, safe, minibar and TV. The spacious private rooms are very comfortable, clean and safe. Toiletries are included.
The area where the house is located is quiet, the comfortable rooms and the warm hospitality make our house special to spend a few nights in Havana.
We offer excellent accommodation throughout the year for short and long stays and weekends in Havana.

About the Area
Casa Petronila is located near 23rd Street, a main street of Havana in the El Vedado neighborhood, now considered by many as the center of Havana.
The Vedado has a lush green appearance, boulevards with a central pedestrian walkway covered with trees, ample parks, wide regular streets bordered by trees and an eclectic architecture.
Currently this area is populous and socially heterogeneous. The area is quiet (there is no early morning noise), it is safe and there is plenty to see, as well as easy access to Old Havana.

Meals

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
