It is a spacious and comfortable apartment with completely independent entrance and absolute privacy. Located in a very central place of Vedado, 24 # 378 street (high) between 23 and 21 next to shopping centers, recreational, tourist, cultural, markets. Just minutes from important places in Vedado such as the Fresa y Chocolate Cultural Center, Cinemateca de Cuba, La Fábrica de Arte, La Rampa, Malecón, Habana Libre, Nacional, Capri, etc. . Nearby you have good restaurants and cafes such as Karma, La Paganga, El Farallón, etc. With easy and quick access to Old Havana. . You also have the Viazul Bus Terminal just a few minutes away if you wish to travel by tourist bus to different points of the national territory such as Varadero, Viñales, Trinidad, etc. If you want to travel to those places and also stay, we can coordinate your stay in houses that have both the comfort and the good quality of our house.
It consists of a large terrace (8x4 m) overlooking the street and ornamental plants that give a cozy atmosphere to the place, another terrace of greater area in the upper part of the house (15x8 m). Living room (6x4 m), refrigerator, hall- pantry with gas stove and sink. If you wish you can also have a large kitchen with gas hob with oven, double sink, several closets, etc. Central heater for hot water 24 hours a day. Good water pressure throughout the house (pressurizer). The first bedroom (4x5 m), has 3 closets of good capacity, camera bed and personal bed, air conditioning, fan, TV, safe and telephone. The other bedroom (4X5m) has double closet and another shoemaker, camera bed and can have another personal bed, air conditioning, fan, TV, cash box and telephone. The bathroom is large, has bathtub, large closet and large mirror. Good pressure of cold and hot water during the 24 hours. In the price is included change of sheets and towels at the frequency you want, secure garage to store your car 24 hours a day. We offer, with separate payment, minibar service, breakfast, laundry and taxi to and from the airport as well as for tours within the city and other places on the island. You can enjoy complete privacy in this apartment. In the adjoining apartment we are my husband Carlos and me. We can also communicate in English and help them to better understand the geographical, cultural and historical aspects of Cuba and in particular of the city of Havana.

House Rules
Do not have visitors under 18 years of age only if they are accompanied by a close family member. No music or other sounds with amplification that could disturb the neighbors. No smoking in the rooms. Do not throw cigarette butts or other debris out of the house. Maintain the rules of home security such as closing doors and windows when leaving or when retiring to sleep. Do not leave the air conditioners on when you leave the room. Keep the doors of the room closed when the air conditioner is turned on. No pets. Guests can smoke in the area of the house corresponding to the terrace.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
