A perfect apartment to enjoy your time in Habana with your spouse, friends or family! Our priority is making your visit unforgettable. Watch all the fotos below! The apartment consists of: two bedrooms with private bathrooms for rent, living room, balcony overlooking the street, kitchen and a roof terrace. We can accommodate up to 5 persons. We have air-conditioning and safe in both bedrooms, hot and cold water with good water pressure in the bathrooms, tv+stereo in the livingroom and both 110 V and 220 V sockets all over the apartment. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook your own food, or ask for our meal services, for example breakfast 5 cuc/person. At the roof top terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the city and wonderful sunsets. Your own key is provided at check in. The apartment is located on second floor with no lift. We don´t have internet, but there is a WiFi area one block away in Parque de Trillo. The apartment is shared with the owners, but you will have privacy.

About the Area
The apartment is situated on a centric street in a safe residential area, just a short walk from shops, farmers market, restaurants and bars. Here you can experience the real Cuban atmosphere Central Havana has to offer! Nearby attractions include Callejon de Hamel, Palacio de la Rumba, Malecon, Hotel Habana Libre, Universidad de la Habana, Las Vegas, Casa de La Musica Galliano,… etc. The location is convenient for taking public transportation to visit Old Havana, and all touristic attractions. Infront of the house you can catch the “Almendrones” - old American cars from the 50’s serving as collective taxies on fixed routes with fixed prices.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Guests need to show their passport at arrival.
Guests under 18 years have to kohde with their guardian, not alone.
Please check your valuables once arriving to the casa and keep them in the safe during your stay.
We do not allowable drugs or prostitution.
Our guests's visitors need to show their identification papers.
Please, shut the windows and doors while using the air-conditioning.
Shut down the fan, air-conditioning and lights while exiting your room for longer time.
Please, make sure you closer the door of the casa while exiting the casa.
You are given keys to the casa and your room at check-in. If you happen to loose them, you have pay a fee of 40 cuc, as we have to exchange the locks for safety reasons.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
