Our apartment is located in the center of Vedado, the most central and coveted area of Havana, in a modern style building, built in the 50s, in this area is where most of Havana's nightlife takes place . The apartment is on the third floor (41 steps), we rent a room for guests, it is bright and fresh, with a minimalist style, with vintage touches, has air conditioning, 1 double bed, has 1 bathroom exclusive for the guest with water hot and cold 24 hours, refrigerator, TV, telephone, cleaning service included in the price, has its own balcony and enjoys good privacy.

About the Area
Our lodging, is in an area with many tourist attractions, restaurants of category; museums; cinemas, theaters, nightclubs; show halls; Famous cabarets, bars, among other attractions.
It is located just 100 meters from the Melia Cohiba, Riviera and Havana's Malecón hotels, just 10 minutes walk from the 1830 cabaret, a great dance venue, just 15 minutes from the Historic Center of Old Havana, Capitolio, Floridita , and the Cathedral and only 1km from the Cuban Art Factory.
Our apartment has a terrace that will make you enjoy beautiful open spaces, will allow you to be a spectator of fantastic sunrises and sunsets and a spectacular view of Vedado.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
