Mi Rincon Querido, family accommodation, is a colonial house built in 1925, is located in the very heart of the city where our Cuban roots are combined, its commercial name is acquired in homage to one of the greatest of our Cuban music. great and unforgettable Benny More, the Barbaro del Ritmo, our house offers comfort and security to our customers, being our first objective that the client feels like at home. It is located on the ground floor of a biplanta, built and designed with a classic style of the time, recently remodeled with a modern touch but respecting its original attributes, consists of living room = living room, dining room, bedrooms with bathrooms, kitchen and hallway lateral to the entire length of the house and 2 balconies at the ends of the corridor.
The building is next to Malecon Habanero, Hermanos Almejeiras Hospital, Rumba Palace, Callejon del Hamel, close to banks, exchange houses, shopping centers, churches, museums, Casa de la Musica, 15 minutes on foot from Casco Historico, the Plaza de la Revolucion, the University of Havana and other attractions that might interest them

House Rules
Pets are not allowed, no smoking in the rooms, no outsiders are allowed inside the rooms, you can not speak loudly after 10.00 pm, it is not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in excess home. Note the kitchen can be used to prepare a tea, a coffee or something light and in relation to smoking smoking is allowed inside the house but in specific places such as in the corridor

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
