-If you want to reserve the 2 rooms, the guests must know each other because the exit from the 2nd room is through the first, without taking away privacy.

My house is in a safe area, it is modern, it has a lot of privacy, comfort, it has a separate entrance with a garden full of exotic plants in which there is an open concept kitchen, equipped with everything you need, it has room 1, with a large and comfortable bed, and a mattress on the floor for a third guest, independent bathroom, with hot water, has a minibar with drinks, it is heated, very comfortable, another room 2 was added, heated with a separate bathroom, with access through the same entrance as the first room, but it does not take away its privacy, it has a sliding door that gives it privacy as shown in the photos, it has capacity for 3 guests, this room # 2 can be reserved from the reservation of a room guest, FREE WIFI is made available to guests in the accommodation.Our family consists of my husband, son and I, we are all willing to make our guests feel protected and like family, so that happiness is part of their stay. We are superhosts in other accommodation agencies.

About the Area
Our house is north of the city just 15 minutes from downtown, from the main shopping and tourist centers, theaters, just 4 km from the center and 20 minutes from the international airport, near Via Azul, the bus station that has destinations to all the length and width of the island, 10 minutes from the Plaza de la Revolución. It is only 2 minutes walk from the bus stop, where several buses go to the Center.

House Rules

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
