Welcome to Marlen & Rafe Guest House, located in the new neighborhood of Havana, with architecture from the 50s, characterized by beautiful and comfortable houses, where the fresco, lighting and vegetation make it a charming place, where you you can enjoy the quietness and pleasant rest after a long day of hustle and bustle through the wonderful historic center located just 3 km away, just 1 km from the ViaAzul bus station.
The client will have a key for the entrance to the house, as well as an independent entrance, the house offers pick-up service to the airport, as well as visits to the city, our house has a comfortable and cozy terrace, to share with friends and taste a tasty coffee.
We also have a common terrace furnished for reading and breakfast, living room and dining room. We offer optional breakfast, for a price of 5 cuc per person.
We are available to customers for any help they need, we have the family car for your transfer to any place in the city.
Our house has two comfortable rooms, with climate, TV, minibar, cold and hot water 24 hours, private bathrooms, one room has a Queen bed and another room with twin beds.
Within the historical places near the house, is the house where the che lived, the emblematic Plaza de la Revolución, the bank with ATM, restaurants, Barbarán nightclub, the Art Factory in Vedado, Casa de la Música , Cira Garcia, Chinese cemetery, Colón.
We are located in the residential and safe neighborhood of Nuevo Vedado, with architecture from the 50s that is characterized by beautiful houses made mostly to taste and caprice of their owners, where the fresco, lighting and vegetation make it a place charming, where you can enjoy the quiet and pleasant rest after a long day of hustle and bustle through the wonderful historic center located just 3km.
Only 2km away is the emblematic Art Factory where the house gives you the transfer free of charge.
We can keep your luggage free of charge the last day after you have vacated the rooms so you can enjoy your day without restrictions.
Private parking in the house.
Two blocks away there is internet center and sale of cards for connection. Unfortunately we do not have wifi service at home. Because this service in Cuba is in public parks, internet centers and hotels.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
