Those who choose a particular house for their stay in Cuba choose to live a unique experience, to enter the heart of Cuban life thanks to the family dimension that can find you and to the direct and daily contact with the owners.
"Miramar1804" has all the characteristics of the Cuban particular house, but it also offers something more. In fact, to welcome you in this casa particular in l'Habana, it is us, Michele and Alessia, an Italian couple that we decided to live in Cuba for some time and to offer hospitality in our home, residence in which the style of architecture Typical urban of Habana marries the taste and excellence of modern European-style furnishings.
Located in the residential district of Miramar, the house enjoys the tranquility of this famous area of Habana with the advantage of being just a few minutes from the city center.
The "Miramar 1804" consists of an independent area, where we live, and an area dedicated to guests. In the latter, guests are welcomed at the reception desk and have three comfortable bedrooms and a dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to twelve people. All rooms have private bathroom, air conditioning, safe and mini bar.
To complete the comforts in the structure, a large garden, a patio equipped with a large table, where you can have a hearty and rich breakfast, and a relaxation area with sofas and beds, to enjoy the splendid Cuban days.
The modern furnishings and materials have been selected and mostly imported from Italy, preferring quality to satisfy even the most demanding customers.
From the house "Miramar1804" it is very easy to reach the historic center of the Habana, which is only 15 minutes away, both with private and collective taxis. The Miramar district is very lively and in the immediate vicinity there are numerous places to spend pleasant evenings such as the FAC Cuban Art Factory, the Miramar House of Music and discos like Mio y Tuyo and LM and restaurants like El Aljibe, El Cocinero , Rio Mar and Amalfi.
For guests of this particular house in Cuba, easily reachable by state taxis from the airport, some services are available with additional costs, such as WI-FI, breakfast, laundry services, car with driver and excursions on the island.
We are available to organize your excursions to the most famous tourist destinations in Cuba and to facilitate your travels on the island, building tailor-made packages according to your needs and your budget.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
