House built in 1917 and renovated in 2019, mix of styles; Industrial and vintage, it consists of an entrance with garden and parking for one car, with props of 4.60 meters high, conveys a feeling of spaciousness and freshness, the spacious lounge, can be used as a reading or resting area and then the dining area where you can have breakfast or a Cuban coffee in the afternoon if you feel like it. The rooms are located on the second floor and each with a private bathroom.
House located in the central Vedado, in Havana, city of charms and adventures. Near streets such as Avenida de los Presidentes (Calle G) and Line, a few minutes from the Malecon Havana. In its surroundings there are several sites of Creole and / or Mediterranean food.
It has a daily room cleaning service, and if you want to wash or iron clothes. Breakfast included in the price of the rooms. Pick up at the airport and if you book more than 5 days it is included free.
We have Wi-Fi. And for lovers of bicycles you can coordinate a walk through the most emblematic places of Havana or free choice, we work with the Bicycle Touring Agency.

About the Area
Our house is located in the central neighborhood of Vedado, just a few meters from the main street such as Linea and Avenida de los Presidentes, connecting with the main bus lines. A few minutes from enjoying the views of the Havana seawall and sports facilities for sports lovers. In its surroundings there are several places to enjoy good food, both Creole and Mediterranean, or a mixture of them. All that remains is to invite everyone who wants to live this experience.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
